Tae Hyung Bu is a gynecologist who had three women come forward to accuse him of inappropriate touching during a breast and vaginal examination. He was charged with three counts of indecent assault for doing so, and Attorney Ambrose had this broken down into three separate trials that spanned about 9 months.

Bu's defense in all three of the trials was that he was acting in a medically appropriate manner when he conducted the post-surgical examination upon the patient. Attorney Ambrose was able to successfully get acquittals on all three trials.
